particular career by speaking to an individual who is currently employed
in your chosen field. Our school district has created a
dynamic Alumni Database for you to use to communicate with former
Smithtown graduates.

| Connect to the
Alumni
site and choose "Members, and then choose a
graduation year. Search for 1 to 3 individuals
who possess the career you are interested in learning more about.
Print the information sheets on each individual for your career notebook.

| Choose one individual and begin to send
the following emails: |

Dear Alumni,
I am currently enrolled in the Career
Planning class at Smithtown High School. With your permission I
would like to ask you three questions related to your career
success. These questions may be viewed at this site:

(We must abide by the graduate's decision to participate
