INTERNSHIPS is a NON-PAID work-based experience which can entail 10 to 100 hours of career observation.	VOLUNTEERING/COMMUNITY SERVICE is a non-paid experience which can entail 1 to 100+ hours of donated time to a non-for-profit organization.
